Enhancements

To offer enhancements for one year with no additional fees*, it is mandatory you adhere to our follow-up protocol. Failure to attend any one of your post-operative visits will automatically cancel your coverage of “no additional fees” for any enhancements.

Any enhancements deemed necessary must be related to your original refractive procedure at our centre. This will not include new technologies or technology upgrades that become available in future years.

Enhancements requested and performed after one year from our initial surgery date will be subject to the following charges (these fees are subject to change – current fees quoted for your information only**)
Fee for Dr. Blaylock’s enhancement Assessment (currently $195)
Fee for Enhancement Surgery (currently $600.00 per eye)
Fee for Enhancement Post-op Care (currently $500)

*Our one year enhancement policy only applies to patients who had surgery performed at Valley Laser Eye Centre Inc., Abbotsford, B.C. Canada.
