Co-management post-op visit protocol
If you choose not to return to Valley Laser Eye Centre for your post-operative visits, you will need to see your optometrist/eye care physician for these visits. Fees charged and payment of these visits are your responsibility. We will require the name of your optometrist/eye care physician prior to your surgery. A post-operative package will be forwarded to them for completion of your follow-up care.
